How much does the Mopar Connect Smartphone Application* cost?
First year service is included with the purchase of dealer-installed Mopar Connect system. After the first year, you pay $69 per year.
What other applications are available through Mopar Connect system?
Other apps include Alarm Notifications, Curfews Management, Find My Car, Geo Zones, Mobile WiFi, Parental Controls, Speed Tracker, and Valet Mode.
How do I activate the Mopar Connect features?
Activate online at https://activate.moparconnect.net. Simply enter your vehicle VIN number and email address to get started, then select features and plans that you desire.
 
While the vehicle is in park, turn the ignition switch to the RUN position (do not start the vehicle) for 60 seconds then turn it to the off position. For a Keyless Go or push button start system, press the ignition button twice (without depressing the brake) until in the RUN position.
Where do I download the Mopar Connect Smartphone Application*?
Use your smartphone to download the Mopar Connect Smartphone Application via Android Google Play** or Apple iTunes App Store**. To create your service account, visit https://activate.mopcarconnect.net website. After registration, click on “Shop,” then select the Mopar Connect Smartphone Application* to activate your service.
Is there a required service contract for Mopar Connect features?
No service contract is required, but you save more by having a yearly subscription plan.
How much does the hardware cost?
The MSRP is $399 for the hardware plus $100 for the installation kit, not including and labor fees.
Does Mopar Connect work in other countries?
Mopar Connect is currently available in the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
